Eligible Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
Did you purchase the wrong size? We are happy to exchange as long as the item is in stock. If you are exchanging, please include a $7.00 Shipping Payment for your new item. Exchanges that cannot be fulfilled (due to changing inventory) will be issued a store credit. Items that are returned without the $7.00 Shipping Payment will be issued a store credit. See below for eligibility requirements.
Note: you will not be refunded or credited shipping charges. You are responsible for the cost of shipping charges and for the risk of loss
Store credits will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. Please see below for eligibility requirements below. Upon receipt of your eligible return, an online code will be emailed to the email address used on the original order. This code may be redeemed online on your next order. Credit Code will expire 60 days from date issued.
No refunds will be issued - NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Must be in it's original condition with tags if applicable
- Cannot be used, worn, scuffed or damaged
- If returning shoes, do not use the shoe box as container. You must place shoe box inside an additional envelope or box.
